Termination of this Agreement

This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time, by destroying all materials obtained from all adstube24.com Web site, along with all related documentation and all copies and installations. adstube24.com may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice to you, if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials. In addition, by providing material on our Web site, we do not in any way promise that the materials will remain available to you. And adstube24.com is entitled to terminate all or any part of any of its Web site without notice to you. Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider If you use our site from locations outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Seller Payout Rules

Every new seller has to prove own reliability and honesty. This is why we will not allow to withdraw any funds until new seller reaches minimum 5 positive ratings from buyers. In addition, 35 days hold is applied to commissions earned.

In addition, to protect ADSTube24 from fraud, we require all sellers to pass ID check (person’s passport, real name, address, phone number) to receive first payout. Cost of this check is $3, it is paid by the seller and is non-refundable.

After all requirements have been met by the seller, a withdrawal is possible to user’s selected payout method.

We reserve the right to hold seller’s funds until any disputes with buyers are resolved.
We reserve the right to pay nothing to the seller who sent fake traffic to the buyer.
We do not allow cross-medium withdrawals. This means (but not limited to) that will not withdraw to PayPal any funds from credit cards and vice-versa.

SPAM Zero Tolerance Policy

We take a zero tolerance stance against spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with or without notice and without any refund.

Sites advertised via SPAM (spamvertised) may not be hosted on our servers. Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended or terminated. ADSTube24 reserves the right to require changes or disable as necessary any site that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any such modifications in an emergency at its sole discretion.

ADSTube24 reserves the right to charge the holder of the account used to send any unsolicited e-mail a cleanup fee or any charges incurred for blacklist removal. This cost of the cleanup fee is entirely at the discretion of ADSTube24.
